MA/COMs new MAMF-010014 delivers high isolation,
low insertion loss, low noise and high linearity at 2.4
- 2.5 GHz. The MAMF-010014 is fabricated using a
0.5 micron gate length GaAs pHEMT process. The
process features full passivation for performance
and reliability.
Smallest footprint RF switch family developed by MACOM, less than 1mm square. Typical applications are for single band 2.4 GHz WLAN (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth applications.

The
LTB3677 is designed for G-PON OLT service. It contains an
upstream Burst Mode Optical Receiver operating in the 1310 nm
wavelength band and an downstream Continuous Mode Optical
Transmitter operating in the 1490 nm wavelength band. The
opticaltransmitter and the optical receiver are coupled to a
single fiber via an internal optical wave division
multiplexer. The optical transmitter, the optical receiver and
the optical wave division multiplexer are manufactured as a
single unit, which is known as the BOSA or bidirectional

single band GaAs PHEMT MMIC SP3T switch with
an integrated LNA with bypass mode in the RX path.
